نصيحة الشيخ ربيع المدخلي (رحمه الله) في حلّ النزاعات بالحكمة والاعتدال

بعض الأخوة لا يرون هجر بعض من لا يحاربون الدعوة السلفية لكن عندهم تقصير في تحقيق المواقف ومخالطة للمخالفين وبعضهم يرى هجرهم فهل ذلك يكون سببا في النزاع بين السلفيين؟

أرى على الأطراف كلها أن تعتدل، كل من الأطراف عليهم أن يعتدلوا ويتوسطوا في الأمور وأن لا يبالغوا فيها وأن يعالجوا المشاكل هذه بالتفاهم الطيب دون يعني -بارك الله فيك- التسخط ودون غضب ودون هجران، يحاولوا -يا أخي- أن يدرسوا هذه القضايا في ضوء المنهج السلفي، وما عرفناه من المنهج السلفي يصلح لهذه الدعوة ومواقف أهلها نتبعه، ويحاولوا إقناع بعضهم بعضا بهذا الأسلوب الطيب المبارك الذي يسبب الألفة ويقضي على الصراعات والخلافات، فتفهموا الأمور وعالجوها بحكمة واعتدال، ونسأل الله تبارك وتعالى أن يثبتنا وإياكم على الحق وأن يبعدنا وإياكم عن أسباب الخلاف، وقد ذكرت لكم فيما سبق البعد عن أسباب الاختلاف ومنها ما ذَكَرْتَه الآن، فحذار حذار من التورط في أسباب الخلاف، وإذا حصل من أحد فلتكن المعالجة بالحكمة والعلم والصبر والعقل.

on Resolving Disputes with Wisdom and Moderation

Question:

Some of the brothers do not see the need to boycott certain individuals who do not actively oppose the Salafi da‘wah, but who have shortcomings in taking proper positions and who mix with the opposers. Others, however, believe that they should be boycotted. So does this become a cause of dispute among the Salafis?”

Answer:

I see that all parties must be moderate. Every side needs to show balance and take the middle path in these matters, without exaggeration. These problems should be addressed with good and respectful understanding, without resentment, without anger, and without abandoning one another. They should, my brother, study these issues in the light of the Salafi methodology. And whatever we have come to know from the Salafi methodology, all of it being suitable for this da‘wah and the stances of its people, we adhere to it. And they should try to convince one another with this good and blessed manner that brings about harmony and removes conflicts and disputes.

So understand these matters and deal with them with wisdom and moderation. And we ask Allah, Blessed and Exalted, to keep us and you firm upon the truth and to distance us and you from the causes of disagreement. I have already mentioned to you the importance of avoiding the causes of differing, and among them is what you have just mentioned. So beware of falling into the causes of conflict. And if something does occur from someone, then let the treatment be with wisdom, knowledge, patience, and sound judgment.
